“The USDA’s familiar food pyramid, the symbol of a healthy diet for more than a decade, has gotten its own Web site and a long overdue facelift. And to emphasize the need to combine exercise with diet, there’s a figure of a person climbing steps up the side of the pyramid and a new slogan, ‘Steps to a Healthier You.’”
