A couple days ago I curated a new set of funny lists. But first, a few things…
You gotta love this. Misleading packaging at its best: Hershey’s Packaging Perfectly Contradicts Itself.
I actually do love this: Cereal Taxonomy.
What else do I love? After wanting one for 5+ years I finally received the incredible, amazing awesome Egg & Muffin Toaster. Thanks mom!
Hey, this might be useful: 10 healthy ‘poor man’s’ foods for when you have nothing to eat. This might be useful too: 7 Foods That Should Never Cross Your Lips. This is not useful at all, but is pretty funny.
Finally, so bad it’s good:
Gratifyingly, my other book, 50 Sad Chairs, made Abe Books’ Weird Book Room list along with other classics such as How to Be Pope: What to Do and Where to Go Once You’re in the Vatican, Fart Proudly: Writings of Benjamin Franklin You Never Read in School, An Incomplete History of the Art of the Funerary Violins, Poop-eaters: Dung Beetles in the Food Chain, Old Tractors and the Men Who Love Them and The Haunted Vagina. I am proud.
So, um, without further ado, here are the best new lists: The Top 10 of 2009.
Happy New Year, everyone!
